The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce is set to co-host the 3rd Annual International Trade Certification program at the Chamber Center from May 22nd through May 24th. The event is held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
This three-day program will provide training on subjects such as banking, tax, legal, customs compliance, market intelligence, freight forwarding and customs brokerage and government. Completion of the program leads to certification as an International Commerce Specialist.
“We are excited to offer such high caliber programing in response to growing exports from the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati region,” said Mark Peachey, Vice President of Business Growth and Inter national Affairs at the NKY Chamber. “No other programing in the region offers such a deep dive into four technical aspects (market research, logistics, legal and finance) of global commerce.”
The International Trade Certification program assists professionals involved in international sales, international marketing, international logistics, international trade compliance, U.S. Customs compliance, credit management, accounting, finance and economic development.
