What is the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
Chicken knuckles in some strange broth with what might have been vegetables in China.

What is the first thing you notice about someone when you first meet?
I notice their eyes, especially if they show confidence or happiness.

What's your favorite thing about your job?
My passion is doing what I can to positively impact the community in which I live and work. I get to do this every day in my current role.

That I can make them laugh. Though I take my position and responsibility very seriously, I believe you can make your work (and the work of others around you) so much more enjoyable and productive if you're able to have some fun while doing so.

The satisfaction of seeing a small business, entrepreneurial startup, or new to export company becoming so successful that they "have to" start hiring new employees.

What is the first thing you notice about someone when you first meet them?
I look for openness and sincerity. To me, that's the best indicator that a person really wants to get work done.

What's your favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy the variety of challenging tasks and projects. This Chamber is a perfect place for someone who loves problems and puzzles, and who wants to make our region a better place. I don't imagine that I will ever run out of things to learn here.

I do 3D modeling and animation in my spare time.

Tim's devotion to customer service, hard work and can-do attitude make him a favorite of Chamber Seals clients who need export documents processed quickly and correctly every time.

What is the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
Deep fried alligator bites.

What's your favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy helping to grow the international economy here in Northern Kentucky. It's amazing to see how many exports are being produced right here and are shipped literally around the world.

Name a hidden talent you have.  In order to keep up with all of my children, I started wakeboarding several years ago.  I love it!  

What compliment do people give you the most? My friends often tell me I have inherited my mother’s knack for giving good advice.  My mom always had a way of understanding people and recognizing their needs.  It is truly a compliment when I am placed in the same category with her.

What do you think is the greatest invention in your lifetime and why?
Without question, the iPhone. Steve Jobs will be the most influential innovator of my generation, and the iPhone is his greatest invention.
 
Name a hidden talent you have.               
Out of high school, I attended culinary school in Rhode Island.  Although I wasn't cut-out for the restaurant industry, I believe my cooking abilities were my biggest selling point for my wife.
 
What is the first thing you notice about someone when you first meet?             
When I first got out of college and began attending networking events, I found myself meeting a lot of people but often forgetting their names. After a few months of embarrassment for not remembering people's names, I now make a point to always memorize the names of those I meet.
